Shipping Policy – Lost Isle Co.

All Lost Isle Co. products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful.


Fulfillment Time

Each item is produced after an order is placed.

  • Typical fulfillment time: 2–5 business days

  • Fulfillment does not include shipping time.

  • Production times may increase during high-volume periods or holidays.

Orders are not produced on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time (After Fulfillment)

Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Order weight

  • Destination

Lost Isle Co. does not set or control carrier shipping rates.


Split Shipments

If an order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment location and product type.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided.


Delays

Lost Isle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Printful’s policies.


Important Notes

  • All items are custom made.

  • Minor variations in color or print placement are normal and are not considered defects.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
